The Essence of yoga is the breath. The essence of breath is life. The breath can bring you into the present moment, it can calm the body and the mind, warm and cool the body, and can energize you too!

How can we use the knowledge of our bodies aches and pains to get to know ourselves better? In the study of mind/ body connection the theory is we are one, there is no separation between our bodies, our intellect and emotions.
