Hi, I’m Angie Howden-Duke. I’m a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapist.
I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, or chronic illness who are looking for a more holistic way to feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally.
My approach blends ancient Yogic and Ayurvedic practices with modern science. It’s not about pushing through pain it’s about slowing down, tuning in, and gently working with your body and mind to create real, lasting change.
Through one-on-one sessions and simple home practices between them, we focus on all parts of you: physical, emotional, energetic, mental, and spiritual.
Programs run for multiple weeks, based on your individual needs.
