YOGA IS POSSIBLE FOR EVERY BODY AND EVERY BEING

Angie Howden-Duke, Yoga Therapist

Hi, I’m Angie — a Yoga Therapist with a passion for helping women navigate anxiety, depression, and chronic illness through a holistic and compassionate approach to healing.

I’ve been teaching yoga since 2016 and deepened my studies in 2020 with advanced Yoga Therapy training through YogaFit International. I also explored energy healing to bring together two powerful practices that address the mind, body, and spirit as one.

With 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness space, I bring a grounded and well-rounded approach to what I do. My work combines movement, breath, philosophy, and psychology — all woven together in a way that supports the whole person.

What I Believe

I believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. It takes time, trust, and the right support. My purpose (dharma) is to help others reconnect with their light and live a more joyful, peaceful, and authentic life — even in the midst of pain or struggle.

A Few Things That Bring Me Joy

- Sewing, puzzles, and being creative

- Hiking, kayaking, and spending time in nature

- Laughing with my kids and spending time with my husband

If you’re looking for a warm, personalized approach to healing, I’d love to connect with you.

With love & light,

Angie
