Yoga Therapy goes beyond a typical yoga class.

While most yoga classes offer general benefits, Yoga Therapy is personalized — designed to support people navigating specific challenges like anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or illness.

Sessions are either one-on-one or in small groups, with the focus entirely on your unique physica

l, emotional, and mental needs.

In Yoga Therapy, we use a blend of modern science and ancient wisdom to support healing and self-discovery. This includes:

  • Breathwork (Pranayama)

  • Meditation & Mindfulness

  • Goal Setting & Lifestyle Guidance

  • Ayurvedic Practices & Philosophy

We work with the whole person — physical, emotional, energetic, mental, and spiritual — using the Kosha model, a holistic approach to healing that acknowledges every layer of who you are.
