In classical yoga, as outlined by Patanjali, there is a structured path toward healing. During the 4, 6 and 8-week programs, we will explore this path together. Each session lasts 55 minutes, either in person or via Zoom, with pre- and post-assessments to track progress and results.
Each session will begin with a check in, after the check in we'll flow from a healing theme discussion and then moving into a body awareness, which will take us to breathing, asana, and meditation. We'll close our time together with a final word. Throughout the program, you will also cultivate a personal breath work and meditation practice. The first and last session will be an assessment (the assessments depend on your goal (intention) and a discussion with a little bit of breathing and meditation. The session in between will be a combination of postures (asanas), breath work, meditation and discussion (education) based on your goal.
With the whole person approach we will work on the physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of ourselves working towards reduced suffering and closer to the higher self.
As a Yoga Therapist, I work to design a personalized program to nurture each aspect of yourself, helping you heal. Through my studies in neuroscience, epigenetics, psychology, anatomy & physiology, energy, ancient Yoga & Ayurveda wisdom a thought out program will be developed.

I have been seeing Angie for a few months now for yoga therapy. I have been to traditional therapy for trauma and anxiety multiple times in my life and I have never felt the connection to it, I have a hard time sharing and letting my guard down. Angie is very good at allowing healing and sharing to come naturally but also creating this safe space for you and that’s something so powerful and trusting for me that I haven’t had before in other methods of healing, the passion she has for her work shows in every appointment is so inspiring and the change i have noticed in my journey of healing has been paramount, the space I have made for joy, light, ease and self love is so new and exciting and I always look forward to the next session, it may be tough work but getting rid of the heaviness to make room for happiness is all i want now.
